3. API Usage Data

We collect data about your API usage, including request volumes, error rates, and endpoint usage patterns, for the purpose of providing and improving our service and for billing purposes.

4. Data Security

Derapi takes reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.

5. Credential Vault

Device vendor credentials stored in the Derapi credential vault are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Derapi employees cannot access plaintext credential values. Vault access is logged and audited.
